Responsibilities

• Analyze user feedback and data to drive product enhancement decisions.
• Plan and execute product launches, including user training and adoption strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product engagement.

Required Skills

• 9-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
• Deep expertise in WMOS and/or Active WMS.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
