Description

You will lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of data products and platforms for Property & Casualty insurance functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for insurance data platforms and solutions.
• Define product vision and roadmap to align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Translate insurance data needs into clear product features by collaborating with stakeholders, data architects, and engineering teams.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and integration support underwriting, pricing, claims, and actuarial functions.
• Prioritize features to maximize user value and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in data-focused roles.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products, data structures, and workflows.
• Proven experience with insurance data management platforms, data warehouses, or MDM solutions.
• Extensive background in Data projects and Data Migration projects.
• Strong expertise in Data Management Platforms and Data Warehouses.
• Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert on insurance data flows and P&C processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Familiarity with agile frameworks.
