You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution within an agile development environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and technical specifications into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
• Define test scenarios, develop complete test plans, and facilitate Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage complex workflow development projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies throughout the SDLC.
• Break down complex business problems into actionable technical requirements while managing multiple competing priorities.
• Apply human factor principles to ensure user-friendly interface design, usability, and worker efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA for managing development processes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive business decisions.
• Proven ability to communicate complex analytical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing work across teams with varying skill levels.
• Ability to work independently on strategic issues with users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce configuration.
• Direct experience in Scrum or as a Product Owner.
• Experience implementing enterprise systems or replacing legacy systems.
