Description

You will act as a hybrid Business Analyst and Product Owner managing the end-to-end delivery of a product line within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and roadmap by defining requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and managing release schedules.
• Translate business needs into Epics, User Stories, and Mockups/Wireframes while documenting functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Facilitate communication between developers, QA, and stakeholders, including regular collaboration with offshore teams.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including Scrum meetings, backlog grooming, and reviews to optimize time-to-release.
• Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans, verify Sprint tickets, and support issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 8 to 16 years of experience in both Business Analysis and Product Ownership.
• Direct experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
• Expertise in Healthcare Inventory Management Systems and Data Analytics.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and requirements management.
• Experience with Azure Cloud.
• Hands-on skill in UX Design, SQL Scripting, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to create business process models, flowcharts, and diagrams.
• Proven track record of managing product backlogs and release coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce or pharma distribution.
