Description

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to define product direction and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Develop and manage user stories to guide product development.
• Document and curate technical documentation for engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine product roadmap and direction.
• Lead the transition of teams from existing processes into Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role.
• Strong experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency using Azure and Jira for requirement management and tracking.
• Experience documenting complex business processes and ecosystem workflows.
• Ability to learn and navigate claims administration systems (medical and Rx).
• Knowledge of claims processing and rate calculation logic.
• Experience in the Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare industries.

• Degree in any field.
