Description

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating business needs into technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate customer needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Document requirements and manage artifacts within Jira and Confluence.
• Plan and lead requirement grooming sessions to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Build and maintain the product roadmap and backlog priorities.
• Oversee product implementation from initiation through to successful closure.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Product Owner responsibilities.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and trend identification.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Proficiency in requirement analysis and grooming techniques.
• Experience building features and writing clear user stories.
• Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to lead teams toward a product vision.
• Experience resolving complex product issues.
