Description

Act as the primary liaison between leadership, project management, and development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirement gathering and impact analysis to bridge technical teams and clients.
• Analyze business specifications to provide time, cost, and feasibility recommendations.
• Design process diagrams, activity diagrams, use cases, and end-to-end data flows.
• Develop application architecture components, including database tables and interface impacts, ensuring enterprise-wide compatibility.
• Review application design, database structures, and test cases to support development and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or program management.
• Experience in solution planning, sizing, and fulfillment.
• Proficiency in designing screen mock-ups and application architecture.
• Ability to perform detailed impact analysis on database designs and application structures.
• Experience creating technical documentation, including Use Cases and Data Flow diagrams.
• Ability to review and validate System Requirement Specifications (SRS) and User Requirement Specifications (URS).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
