Description

You will support project management and facilitate collaboration to maintain and upgrade unemployment insurance systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Assist the PMO in tracking tasks, defects, and stories.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts for projects and defect resolution.
• Create and maintain system, application, and technical documentation.
• Lead small project implementations and assist with setup and closeout.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a project coordinator or business analyst.
• Experience working within SAFe, Scrum, and DevOps software development life cycles.
• 1 year of experience with Jira and Confluence.
• 1 year of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, or similar technologies.
• Firm grasp of UML or other modeling techniques.
• Proficiency with office automation tools such as Outlook and Word.
• Strong understanding of project and program management.
• Adept at organizational change and lean processes.

Preferred Skills

• CAPM certification.
• Experience in financial and budgeting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in CIS or a technical field.
