Description

You will manage key IT applications for Legal and HR systems, oversee integrations, and lead the full project lifecycle from planning to post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycles including requirement gathering, design, build, testing, and implementation.
• Act as the primary IT liaison between internal business partners and external vendors.
• Guide stakeholders through the Business Analysis lifecycle and drive adoption of new platform features.
• Manage service providers to ensure all service SLAs are met.
• Support the development and maintenance of IT Project Management and Business Program processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management roles.
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies including APIs, Web Services, and ETL.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through strategic planning.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with end users and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing project lifecycles from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
• Capacity to handle changing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Flexibility to perform occasional off-hours or evening work as required.
