Description

You act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical implementation in a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Decompose high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Lead requirements validation and ongoing prioritization to ensure solutions meet customer objectives.
• Assist with SaaS onboarding and provide strategic recommendations to customer teams.
• Establish requirements engineering practices, policies, and tools to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, CIS, or foreign equivalent.
• Experience conducting requirements workshops and using storyboards.
• Proficiency in business process analysis and workflow analysis.
• Ability to perform document analysis, surveys, and site visits for requirement elicitation.
• Experience with use cases, user stories, scenarios, and event lists.
• Capability to conduct competitive product analysis and task analysis.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the US to unanticipated client locations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS onboarding and implementation.
• Strong communication skills for globally distributed teams.
