Description

Manage the end-to-end requirements lifecycle and support SaaS onboarding for a globally distributed team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Decompose high-level business requirements into actionable functional specifications and scenarios.
• Lead requirements validation and prioritization to ensure solutions meet customer objectives.
• Partner with Agency and Implementation Partners to assist with SaaS onboarding.
• Develop requirements engineering policies and present strategic growth recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related work experience in business analysis or project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or CIS (or foreign equivalent).
• Experience eliciting requirements via use cases, storyboards, and workflow analysis.
• Knowledge of SaaS onboarding processes.
• Ability to develop organizational policies and procedures.
• Experience working within globally distributed team models.
• Ability to travel frequently within the US to client sites.
