Description

You will own the coordination of Business Analysis and Agile Project Management within the Risk Technology project team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements using Agile methodology and translate them into JIRA work items.
• Implement requirements traceability for Management, Audit, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent adoption and implementation of Agile framework policies and procedures for Risk Technology projects.
• Prioritize work, set realistic deadlines, forecast, and communicate risks and issues affecting project scope.
• Generate reports and dashboards detailing plan, scope, project status, and team productivity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a BA/PM on Agile projects.
• 5+ years experience in Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Commercial Lending.
• Expertise using JIRA, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and data validation techniques.
• Strong understanding of SDLC Methodologies.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management principles.
• Experience utilizing Cloud technologies, preferably Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Visio for process mapping.
