You will own the definition, prioritization, and continuous evolution of the product backlog.
Responsibilities
Define and maintain the product backlog in collaboration with customers, continuously updating and prioritizing requirements based on urgency and criticality.
Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring buy-in across customer, management, and development teams.
Monitor and communicate customer objectives and vision throughout the product development lifecycle, leading cadence and review calls.
Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Guide and mentor junior analysts while managing task assignment to ensure efficient project delivery.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Proficiency in Business Analysis, SDLC, Business Strategy, Data Analysis, and Business Intelligence.
Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large datasets using strong analytical skills.
Expert written and oral communication skills in English, capable of tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
Experience defining and managing a dynamic product backlog.
Knowledge of market and industry trends to anticipate evolving customer needs from a journey lifecycle perspective.
Proven leadership experience, including guiding and mentoring team members.
