Description

You will act as a lead Business Analyst for US-based insurance accounts, managing requirements and implementation within the Life and Annuity domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of detailed business requirements, functional design, build, test, and readiness components.
• Own the end-to-end product development, configuration, and implementation lifecycle on policy administration platforms.
• Oversee product data migration from legacy systems to new generation platforms.
• Resolve data and product configuration issues by working directly with application databases.
• Execute end-to-end business analyst roles independently for US insurance accounts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Life Insurance and Annuities products.
• Deep knowledge of the end-to-end insurance policy lifecycle and business functions.
• Subject matter expertise in Traditional Life, UL, VUL, VL, and Re-insurance products.
• Working knowledge of Life and Annuity insurance accounting and Tax withholding reporting.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL for database interaction and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ACOORD standards for life insurance.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant domain certifications such as LOMA or FLMI.
