Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation within the banking and finance sector. You will translate high-level requirements into actionable technical documentation for development teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business users and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure alignment.
• Communicate technical specifications to development teams to guide implementation.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve ambiguities in business processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, or a combination of both.
• Strong domain expertise in Banking and Finance.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Recovery and Resolution Planning in the banking domain.
