Analyze complex problems, collect data, and develop actionable solutions with specific recommendations.

You will own the requirements process, write functional specifications, and design strategic solutions while managing multiple projects across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze finite sets of alternatives using specific evaluative criteria to support decision-making.
• Gather and document requirements through User Stories using Gherkin language.
• Write functional specifications tailored for business stakeholders, developers, and testers.
• Design effective strategic solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
• Manage multiple projects across different time zones and challenging delivery timeframes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management.
• Proven ability to write high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
• Experience running workshops, conducting 1-1 interviews, and delivering presentations.
• Strong data analysis skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and regions.
• Knowledge of LEAN principles and their application.
• Ability to work independently to break down problems and find solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of confirmation workflows including drafting technologies.
• Product knowledge in Equities, Derivatives, FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, Commodities, Credit derivatives, Securities, FX Forwards, or NDFs.
