Description

You will support Product Owners and Agile teams to shape product roadmaps and enhance Core Banking capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create user stories and manage the product backlog to support Agile delivery.
• Conduct solution analysis to improve customer journeys and product functionality.
• Manage small to medium-sized technology projects across multiple business units and geographies.
• Support the full project lifecycle from initial requirement gathering through to go-live.
• Collaborate with scrum masters, project managers, and stakeholders to assess and support risk management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis.
• Domain expertise in Core Banking, specifically accounts, finance, and payments settlements.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Technical capability in at least one area: cloud, digital, security, microservices, or platform architecture.
• Experience working with distributed teams on large-scale projects.
• Exposure to modernization technologies such as microservices and event-driven architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Disciplined Agile or SAFe frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices including continuous integration, deployment, and test automation.
