Description

You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to drive project delivery within the supply chain domain.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Relationship Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner to define detailed project scope.
• Manage the creation, refinement, and maintenance of user stories, process flows, and test cases.
• Support sprint planning and retrospectives while working with teams to resolve blockers.
• Facilitate meetings across multiple organizational levels to ensure consistent application of Agile principles.
• Coach junior resources in Agile methodologies to improve team effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle ERP and SAP ERP.
• Strong domain expertise in Supply Chain processes.
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using Microsoft Visio for process mapping.
• Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional facilitation.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certification in Business Analysis such as CBAP or CCBA.
