Description

You will own the product backlog, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven decision-making for product evolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and continuously evolve the product backlog based on urgency and criticality.
• Act as the primary stakeholder contact, ensuring buy-in across customers, management, and development teams.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor and communicate customer objectives throughout the product development lifecycle, leading review calls.
• Guide and mentor junior analysts while managing task assignments for efficient delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, SDLC, and Business Strategy.
• Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large datasets.
• Expert written and oral communication skills in English, tailored to diverse audiences.
• Experience defining and managing a dynamic product backlog.
• Knowledge of market and industry trends to anticipate evolving customer needs.

Preferred Skills

• Proven leadership experience, including guiding and mentoring team members.
• Ability to lead cadence and review calls effectively.
