Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers to define functional requirements and solution designs.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to align technical delivery with business goals.
• Simplify complex problems and drive ideas from inception to completion.
• Navigate ambiguity by applying new methodologies to solve business challenges.
• Promote Agile values throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Working knowledge of Asset Servicing, Fund Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, or Banking Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced or graduate degree.
• Experience in Project Management or as a Scrum Master.
