Description

You will support systems development and process improvement through detailed documentation, agile coordination, and backlog management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage product and project backlogs, including Jira board maintenance.
• Draft SRS documentation, sprint planning documents, and sprint review reports.
• Document daily scrums, sprint retrospectives, and meeting minutes for stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and distribute reports to the Project Manager.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare technical documentation and wireframes.

Required Skills

• 0-1 year of relevant experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and backlog management.
• Proficiency with Balsamiq and Adobe XD for wireframing.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Technical writing skills for documentation and SRS support.
• Engineering Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Application.
• Analytical thinking and effective verbal and written communication.

Preferred Skills

• Business Analyst certification.
• Prior programming experience.
