You will define project scope and deliver functional software solutions by bridging business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements to define project scope and objectives.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify optimization opportunities and conduct gap analysis.
• Support the software development lifecycle by ensuring solutions align with functional specifications and test cases.
• Conduct data analysis and create reports to support stakeholder decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical or software development environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Understanding of APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Ability to document process flows and technical requirements clearly.
• Degree required: Any Graduate.
