Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution through requirement definition, documentation, and end-to-end testing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define business and technical requirements by gathering input from diverse user groups and subject matter experts.
• Create process flows, screen designs, and storyboards to support system design and development.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including roadmaps, epics, user stories, use cases, and traceability matrices.
• Execute end-to-end functional testing, cross-browser testing, and mobile device testing for web and mobile applications.
• Identify and report issues regarding content, layout, usability, accessibility, and functionality.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a BA/QA Analyst.
• Full SDLC experience covering requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and reporting.
• Experience writing test cases based on wireframes, comps, and functional requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with UI/UX, app development, backend, CMS, and testing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and organization.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
