Business Analyst & QA Engineer

Manage the full lifecycle of requirements collection, validation, and testing for enterprise ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements collection and validation processes using BABOK or PMI-PBA frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into detailed test scripts, test plans, and to-be process flows.
• Coordinate requirement management teams to support design and implementation.
• Collaborate with developers to verify that technical solutions meet defined business requirements.
• Perform development activities for APIs and custom functions to support business systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst preparing requirements for enterprise ERP projects.
• 5+ years of experience preparing user test cases and scripts from requirements.
• Proficiency with requirements management, test case development, and defect tracking tools.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing tasks within Sprints.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Python, and Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Ability to document both process and automated systems using business systems analysis fundamentals.
• Technical skill in blueprint reading and preparing detailed engineering diagrams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a technical related field.
• Business analysis certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ivalua procurement application.
• Experience with Rapise for regression test creation and management.
• Experience with SpiraTest RM tool.
