Description

You will lead complex business and system requirements sessions to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic user meetings to decompose abstract concepts into clear business and functional requirements.
• Design and execute end-to-end data and process flows, ensuring connectivity across the ecosystem including SWIFT.
• Develop wireframes and oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle from vision to implementation.
• Manage project plans, including risk mitigation, issue resolution, and cross-team dependencies.
• Direct the creation of user training plans, user acceptance test plans, and implementation strategies.
• Ensure strict governance regarding project methodology standards, documentation, and approvals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or systems requirement roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data analysis.
• Ability to design end-to-end data and process flows.
• Experience managing project artifacts and methodology tollgates.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder participation and cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience working with SWIFT connectivity requirements.
