You will manage business and systems analysis throughout the entire project life cycle in Quincy, MA.

Responsibilities

• Perform gap analysis to identify requirements and process improvements.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements for new projects and enhancements.
• Create systems documentation covering discovery, design, and development phases.
• Support testing and implementation stages to ensure project objectives are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• Proven ability to manage the full project life cycle from discovery to implementation.
• Direct experience with MMIS (Medicaid Management Information Systems).
• Strong business and systems analysis capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
