Description

You will manage complex business and system requirements within the collateral management domain, ensuring connectivity across the ecosystem including SWIFT.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic user meetings to facilitate requirements gathering and decompose complex concepts into functional specifications.
• Design and execute end-to-end data and process flows, ensuring connectivity across the ecosystem including SWIFT.
• Develop wireframes and articulate technical visions to development teams to oversee the full lifecycle.
• Manage project plans, risk mitigation, and cross-team dependencies between business and IT.
• Direct the creation of user acceptance test plans, training plans, and implementation documentation.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Collateral Management and Banking/Trust domains.
• Proficiency in SQL, Data Analysis, and ETL processes.
• Technical experience with Colline and SWIFT connectivity.
• Ability to produce project artifacts and functional documentation.
• Bachelor of Technology degree.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
