Description

You will lead complex business and system requirements sessions to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic user meetings to decompose abstract concepts into functional requirements for developers, testers, and end users.
• Design and execute end-to-end data and process flows, ensuring connectivity across the ecosystem including SWIFT.
• Develop wireframes and articulate project visions to oversee the full development lifecycle.
• Manage project plans, including issue resolution, risk mitigation, and cross-team dependencies.
• Direct the creation of user acceptance test plans, training plans, and implementation strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Data Analysis.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT.
• Domain expertise in Collateral Management.
• Ability to document technical requirements and project artifacts following established methodology frameworks.
• Experience managing project tollgates and governance standards.

Preferred Skills

• R programming experience.
• Graduate degree in any field.
