Description

You will act as the primary liaison between the customer community and the software development team, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Document functional, system, and process requirements clearly for development teams.
• Gather client requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, and workflow analysis.
• Lead projects by facilitating communication between IT and business stakeholders.
• Conduct use case development and business process descriptions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business management.
• Proficiency with S4/Hana.
• Advanced Excel skills, specifically with LOOKUP functions and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Proven ability to communicate technical requirements to IT and business teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Excel Macros.
• Knowledge of Fieldglass or Concur.
