Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize complex business requirements for IT applications.
• Negotiate needs with multiple stakeholders to define scope.
• Coordinate and fulfill requests for internal and external changes.
• Develop solutions by analyzing information systems and business operations.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of IT applications experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting benefits management program eligibility processes.
• Demonstrated understanding of complex information workflows via a Content Management Solution.
• Expertise in requirements analysis and integration/design of solutions.
• Strong ability to communicate and negotiate with technical and non-technical staff.
• Process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience building trust with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
