You will manage business requirements and data exchange initiatives within a healthcare IT environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HIT projects, including health information exchange services and CMS Interoperability rule compliance.
• Partner with agency teams to implement and manage health data exchange initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings to gather business requirements, functional design needs, and technical documentation.
• Track requirements to ensure project outcomes align with expected business analytics.
• Document supporting processes and procedures while adhering to security and departmental policies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of three years hands-on experience with project implementation in a healthcare IT setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating technical documentation.
• Ability to manage requirement traceability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare information technology environments and industry standards.
• Experience within large IT system development projects in healthcare or government settings.
• Ability to communicate complex IT concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
