Description

Analyze business processes, workflows, and data flows to support application development and release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Participate in JRM/JAD workshops with SMEs, developers, and testers to analyze business policies, triggers, and integrated systems.
• Publish and review Business Requirements Documents, Requirements Traceability Matrices, and mapping requirements.
• Map test cases to ensure complete coverage against in-scope requirements and review test summary reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track deliverable submissions, reviews, and approvals for enhancement release schedules.
• Support the program director by tracking resource capacity, weekly task assignments, and hour utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT applications Business Analyst.
• Expertise in requirements analysis and the integration/design of solutions.
• Proficiency in defect management and test case development.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate needs and expectations across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with information systems and business operations.
• Ability to use requirements management and change management tools.
• Bachelor's Degree.
