You will drive project requirements and analysis as the Senior Business Systems Analyst for assigned initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and analysis for project initiatives.
• Act as the Senior BSA for assigned projects, ensuring clear definition of scope and deliverables.
• Collaborate with multicultural, geo-diverse teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Apply project management methodologies to track progress and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of professional experience in business analysis or related technical roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Jira for issue tracking and project management.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Technical background to effectively communicate with engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in multicultural, geo-diverse teams.
