Description

You will bridge technical systems and provider workflows, managing CRM data integrity and supporting healthcare integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide providers through onboarding, integration, and go-live processes.
• Explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track provider progress and data accuracy.
• Create training materials to support system adoption and usage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in Health IT or healthcare systems.
• Strong knowledge of HIE, EHR/EMR, HL7, and FHIR standards.
• 5+ years of experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• 3+ years managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building data visualizations and automated reporting.
• Background in clinical or administrative healthcare operations.
