Responsibilities

• Drive scrum teams toward delivery goals and own process success.
• Design, document, and execute manual test cases to ensure software quality.
• Develop and manage requirements for systems, applications, and data.
• Lead requirement gathering discussions between technical and business stakeholders.
• Write technical and business documentation to support new and existing processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• 3+ years of experience in Scrum Master or Project Management roles.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and manual testing.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Effective communication skills for technical and business stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with SQL or T-SQL.
