You will lead business analysis efforts, translating complex requirements into actionable technical specifications and process improvements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder analysis, market research, and gap analysis to define business needs.
• Document current and future state workflows using contextual diagrams, functional decomposition, and process workflows.
• Gather, validate, and trace business, functional, and technical requirements using Requirement Traceability Matrices.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, use cases, and system context diagrams.
• Support functional, integrated, and UAT testing, including developing test scenarios and cases.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business System Analysis and gathering business requirements.
• Proven experience in business process design, definition, and re-design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio for documentation and modeling.
• Strong understanding of SDLC concepts, IT Service Management best practices, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with healthcare data reporting systems.
• Ability to manage complex assignments with multiple work streams and aggressive timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting documents and negotiating with stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SharePoint end-user experience, sites, libraries, lists, and groups.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and PMO methodologies.
