Translate business needs into functional solutions and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements through elicitation sessions with stakeholders and customers.
• Document functional specifications including SRS, Use Cases, Functionality Matrices, and Traceability Matrices.
• Manage the requirement lifecycle using Agile methodologies, including change management and impact analysis.
• Perform functional estimation using Story Points, Function Points, or Use Case Points.
• Coordinate functional testing with the Quality Control team to ensure deliverable quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirement modeling.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience in requirement verification, validation, and risk analysis.
• Expertise in requirement documentation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to create mockups and prototypes.
• Proven experience in pre-sales activities and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI design tools such as Dreamweaver or Photoshop.
