Description

You will provide L1/L2 support for Veeva Vault Regulatory modules, including Submissions, Archive, and Registrations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system issues, user access problems, and data inconsistencies within the platform.
• Collaborate with regulatory users to understand pain points and resolve queries.
• Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and ticket logs accurately.
• Assist in minor configuration updates and testing activities.
• Escalate unresolved issues to system managers or Veeva support when necessary.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Veeva Vault Regulatory Suite.
• Experience providing L1/L2 Support.
• Understanding of regulatory workflows and document lifecycle.
• Experience using ticketing systems and following established support processes.
• Strong skills in communication and stakeholder coordination.
