Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive requirements gathering and documentation for banking operations analytics, including data collection, processing, cleaning, and exploratory analysis.
• Analyze current as-is business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and design to-be processes that incorporate best practices and automation.
• Develop and execute analytics strategy for reporting/insights centralization, including rationalizing and consolidating existing manual reports into dashboards for key KPIs.
• Support process automation/optimization and reporting enhancements using Python and SQL to improve accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and KPI insights to stakeholders and ensure adherence to data governance and regulatory requirements.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics & Reporting / Business Analyst roles
• Business analysis and reporting: requirements documentation, KPI definition, and translating business needs into reporting outputs.
• SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation, and KPI reporting across banking operations datasets.
• Python for analytics, data processing, and automation to improve reporting workflows and insight generation.
• Reporting and automation experience: converting manual reports into dashboards and automated reporting pipelines.

Good to Have:

• PySpark for large-scale data processing and analytics.
