You own the analytics and reporting strategy for banking operations, driving process optimization and insight generation through automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for banking operations analytics, managing data collection, cleaning, and exploratory analysis.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and design optimized workflows that incorporate automation best practices.
• Consolidate manual reports into centralized dashboards for key KPIs and develop the analytics strategy for reporting insights.
• Build and execute reporting enhancements using Python and SQL to improve data accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency.
• Communicate findings and KPI insights to stakeholders while ensuring strict adherence to data governance and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Reporting, or Business Analyst roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and KPI reporting across banking operations datasets.
• Strong Python skills for analytics, data processing, and automating reporting workflows.
• Experience converting manual reports into dashboards and automated reporting pipelines.
• Ability to define KPIs and translate complex business needs into clear reporting outputs.
• Background in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing and analytics.
