Description

You will gather business requirements and lead User Acceptance Testing efforts.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Work with development and QA teams to ensure correct implementation of requirements.
• Design and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Coordinate UAT sessions with business users and manage issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 4+ years of experience in UAT coordination and execution.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with UAT tools and defect tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
