You will support retailer markets by defining business needs and translating them into technical requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 migrations.

Responsibilities

• Represent the digital offer at the requirement and epic levels.
• Explore and define business needs to recommend value-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs and conceptual discussions into technical requirements.
• Clarify product backlogs and create a common understanding of business value.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365) migrations.
• Strong understanding of product-oriented development and project implementation.
• Ability to translate complex conceptual discussions into actionable technical requirements.
• Experience working with product backlogs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retailer-specific market transitions.
