Description

You will serve as a Business Systems Analyst for an in-house project replacing an existing system with a new work management platform. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit functional and technical requirements through business user interviews and meetings.
• Create wireframes for the new software system.
• Manage and track requirements using Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• Collaborate with QA teams to review test cases.
• Translate complex technical ideas into business-friendly and user-friendly language.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience eliciting functional and technical requirements.
• 3+ years of experience managing and tracking requirements in Team Foundation Server (TFS).
• 3+ years of experience creating wireframes.
• 3+ years of experience working with QA to review test cases.
• 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft, Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications.
• 3+ years of proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• 3+ years of experience working independently with minimal direction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Team Foundation Server (TFS).
