Description

Perform business systems analysis for DOC system enhancements, new implementations, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements and system specifications for the Offender Management System (OMS) through collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Lead small projects by coordinating staff, managing project planning, and providing regular status reporting.
• Develop functional area expertise to educate and train business partners on system changes and enhancements.
• Coordinate technical resources and tasks to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain compliance with VITA project management standards for application development and deployment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project planning, execution, status reporting, and closing.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating technical resources and tasks.
• 3+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, specification, verification, and validation with business partners.
• 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• 2+ years of strong oral and written communication skills for interacting with technical teams and management.
• Knowledge of VITA PMD standards.
• Ability to work with end users, analysts, and IT teams to deliver custom report specifications.

Preferred Skills

• 1 year of experience ensuring compliance with VITA PMD standards.
