Description

You will act as a domain and system subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within a healthcare context.

Responsibilities

• Define functional and non-functional system requirements.
• Create and present functional specifications, including use case documents, UI mock-ups, and application workflows to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve impediments and align development and testing with business requirements.
• Assess project status and support decision-making to ensure project success.
• Proactively identify future system opportunities and enhancements with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare sector.
• Experience working within Scrum Agile project environments.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Atlassian tools.
• Working knowledge of database concepts, specifically SQL and Oracle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and detailed requirements simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare insurance industry.
• Healthcare domain certifications.
