Description

You will manage requirements elicitation and system testing to ensure software applications meet defined business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project initiation and requirements elicitation for new applications or existing enhancements.
• Produce SDLC compliant Requirements Definition documents that meet agency standards.
• Represent business needs during application design and development scrum meetings.
• Write and execute system test plans and manual web application testing to verify requirements.
• Document bugs and application insufficiencies with detailed reproduction steps for developers.
• Assist in developing user testing scripts for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business and systems analysis.
• Extensive experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Agile application development methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Proven ability to define and document complex user requirements and business processes.
• Experience performing manual testing on web applications.
• Skilled in writing and executing test plans and scripts to verify complex systems.
• Experience documenting bugs and application defects for development teams.
• Strong ability to conduct meetings and document project decisions.
• Technical familiarity with .NET environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing standardized processes and templates for documentation.
