Description

Provide strategic business analysis services to the Office of Data Governance and Analytics and the Office of Workforce Development.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the ODGA and the Office of Workforce Development to align business strategy and roadmaps.
• Review end-to-end business processes to identify and mitigate operational, financial, and technological risks.
• Document required capabilities to address complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead small to mid-size projects or assist project managers on large-scale operational initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with data governance, security practices, and big-data technologies.
• 7+ years of experience with cloud data security and public cloud solutions including AWS, Azure, and Google.
• 7+ years of experience with data protection capabilities such as data discovery, labeling, inventory, CASB, Microsoft Purview, and information rights.
• 7+ years of experience understanding Data Protection and Governance program components, including policy and organizational design.
• 3+ years of experience defining and assessing Data Protection strategy, architecture, and technology implementation.
• Knowledge of programming and scripting languages associated with big-data environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
