Drive requirements gathering and process improvements across the project lifecycle. Own the transition from business needs to technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements documentation, business flow diagrams, and business cases for new change initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers and project management to define requirements for system enhancements and new business initiatives.
• Work with technical teams and vendors to ensure requirements are integrated into system design and testing.
• Execute functional and systems integration unit testing, including creating test plans, scenarios, and results.
• Evaluate alternative strategies and recommend solutions compatible with current technologies and systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
• 7+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 7+ years of experience applying SDLC methodologies.
• 7+ years of experience using Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile project management methodologies.
• 7+ years of experience in project planning, procedural writing, and process engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance techniques and change management procedures.
• Proficiency with Visio, SharePoint, Google Meets, and Microsoft Teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience with RFP creation, coordination, and review.
• 5+ years of experience with Healthcare Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, technical solution architecture, or application development coordination.
