Description

You will support Enterprise Data Management tool implementation by bridging business requirements with technical execution in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to document business processes, identify pain points, and develop expertise in customer applications.
• Develop process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams to document current states and proposed modifications.
• Decompose requirements into Epics and Features, creating actionable user stories and mapping them to technical design specifications.
• Support the Product Owner by maintaining the product backlog, grouping stories into Themes, and documenting dependencies.
• Define test objectives, create test plans, execute regression testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst working within Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced understanding of enterprise data management concepts and tools including Collibra, Informatica, IBM Knowledge Catalog, Snowflake, SafeFMME, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Proven experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
• Expertise in translating strategy requirements into application requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working with large, multi-module enterprise systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Strong written and oral communication skills for collaborating with diverse peers and customers.

Preferred Skills

• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMI-ACP certifications.
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for agile software development and work item tracking.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete, Cucumber, or Selenium.
