You will support Enterprise Data Management tool implementation by bridging business requirements with technical execution in Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to document business processes, identify pain points, and develop expertise in customer applications.
Develop process flows, context diagrams, and data flow diagrams to document current states and proposed modifications.
Decompose requirements into Epics and Features, creating actionable user stories and mapping them to technical design specifications.
Support the Product Owner by maintaining the product backlog, grouping stories into Themes, and documenting dependencies.
Define test objectives, create test plans, execute regression testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Required Skills
10+ years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst working within Scrum methodologies.
Advanced understanding of enterprise data management concepts and tools including Collibra, Informatica, IBM Knowledge Catalog, Snowflake, SafeFMME, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
Proven experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs.
Expertise in translating strategy requirements into application requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience working with large, multi-module enterprise systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server).
Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
Strong written and oral communication skills for collaborating with diverse peers and customers.
Preferred Skills
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMI-ACP certifications.
Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for agile software development and work item tracking.
Experience with automated testing tools such as Test Complete, Cucumber, or Selenium.
