Description

You will bridge the gap between Product Owners and technical teams to align business requirements with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements, define project scope, and perform risk analysis to meet business objectives.
• Convert business requirements into functional requirements and detailed business process flows.
• Analyze business domain initiatives to identify epics, features, and user stories for MVP development.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), business validation meetings, and requirement refinement ceremonies.
• Serve as a Proxy Product Owner to help develop and manage product strategy and the product catalog.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, specifically with use cases.
• 5+ years of experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Process Flow documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in strong professional communication.
• 5+ years of experience with various business analysis tools and techniques.
• 4+ years of experience with the Scrum framework.
• 4+ years of experience in facilitation for requirement gathering and refinement.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 3+ years of technical knowledge to support collaboration with development teams.
